Nancy A. Fleener, age 91, of Crown Point, passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014. She was born on October 4, 1922 in Passaic, New Jersey to the late Nestor and Katie Shopick.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Nancy Ford; step son, Charles E. Downs; grandchildren, James (Kimberly) Ford, Douglas (Melissa) Overdeer, Ryan Hotler, Heather Milke, Dylan Sanford and Jarron Sanford; great grandchildren, Kacie and Kara Ford, Sydney and Kinsey Overdeer; and beloved four legged friend, Kitty Cat.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Nestor and Katie Shopick; daughters, Roseanne Sanford and Kathy Milke; son in law, Kenneth Ford.

A funeral service for Nancy will take place Sunday, September 28, 2014 at 4:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph, Crown Point, Indiana 46307 with Reverend Thomas Mischler officiating.
