Nancy M. Pahr

Age 61 of Hobart passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart. She was born on May 7, 1964, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Stephen Sr. and Kathleen (nee Carroll) Farley. Nancy was a member of the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church in Crown Point, Indiana.as a devoted church member she participated in the choir and conducted readings. Her love for her grandchildren knew no bounds, and she consistently showed compassion towards others. She took great pleasure in road trips with her husband, exploring antique shops and famous locations showcased on television, including Paula Deen's restaurants, Pawn Stars, and historical landmarks like Arlington Cemetery. Nancy was a huge Osmond's fan. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.

She is survived by her husband of 20 yrs., Donald Pahr; four children Sam Evanoff , Mary (Greg) Blaszczyk, Elizabeth (Dimas) Bernacchia and Daniel (Lauren) Pahr; two brothers, Micheal (Aeja) Farley And Kevin (Julie) Farley; four sisters, Janice (Leonard) Phillips, Eileen (Ralph) Cabrera, Carol (Don) Bohling and Kathy (Bob) Nicholson; seven grandchildren, Miya, Abigail, Lillian, Holly, Evelyn, Aubree and Kylee.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Stephen Farley Jr. and infant sister, Cathleen Farley.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Nancy can be made to Cross of Christ Lutheran Church Choir.

A funeral service for Nancy will be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 11:00 am at –Cross of Christ Lutheran Church 99 S County Line Rd. Crown Point, In 46307. The burial will be held at Bethania Cemetery in Justice, Illinois. A visitation will also be held Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 9:00 am until the time of service also at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church.
