Naomi Marie Evans
Naomi Marie Evans, age 27 of Gary passed away Wednesday, February 24, 2021. She was born on February 18, 1994 in Defiance, Ohio to Leonard and Deborah Evans. Naomi was currently employed as a healthcare provider for Moses Caregivers. She took pride in her job because she truly cared for others and enjoyed helping people. She loved animals and wanted to be a Veterinarian one day. She will always be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, aunt and friend.
She is survived by her parents, Leonard and Deborah Evans; sisters, Sierra (Kris Mason) Evans, Esther (Milton Soto) Evans; brother, Allen Evans; her precious nieces, Nya Reign Soto and Leonna Rose Soto; and a countless number of cousins, uncles, aunts, family members and friends.
A funeral service for Naomi will take place Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, IN 46368.
