Nettie A Dickerson

Nettie A. Dickerson, age 87, of Lake Station passed away Thursday June 3, 2021 at her home.  Nettie was born September 22, 1933 in Marion, Kentucky to the late Henry L. and Esther A.B. (Knight) Murray. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, and wife.  She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and watching westerns on the TV.  She will be deeply missed.

Nettie is survived by her daughter Scharley (Robert) Price of Harrisburg, IL; 12 grandchildren, Shawn French, Christy (Doug) Barter, Deana (Sonny) Newton, Rhonda (Jimmy) Newton, Ryan Dickerson, Melissa Dickerson, Joseph (Casey) Dickerson, Jeremy (Dena) Meeks, Cassy (Andy) Huber, Carri (Ryan) Sambrooks, Holly (Hank) Price, Crystal (Johnie) Messer; and many other fiends and extended family members.

Nettie was preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Dickerson, her parents; her two sons, Ronald and Rocky; her grandson, Tony Price; and a brother, Clifton Murray.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday June 5, 2021 at the Rees Funeral Home, Brady Chapel 3781 Central Avenue Lake Station, Indiana 46405.  Visitation will precede the services at the funeral home from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.  Burial will take place Monday June 7, 2021 at 1:00 pm in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Salem, KY.
