Nicholas Keith Yoder

Age 36, of Portage passed away Saturday, July 22, 2023, at his home. He was born on September 14, 1986, to Harrold Yoder and Nancy (Karner) Yoder in South Bend, Indiana. On November 19, 2021, Nicholas married the love of his life, Kimberly Weiland in Valparaiso, Indiana. He loved baseball and was an avid White Sox fan, he enjoyed playing the drums, games, golfing, and gadgets. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor, love of animals, and his artistic abilities. Above all Nicholas loved spending time with his wife and his family. He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Joyce (nee Weiland) Yoder; father, Harrold Yoder; mother, Nancy (nee Karner) Yoder; sister Cameron (Albert) Chan; two nephews, Leo, and Miles Chan; father-in-law, Richard Weiland; mother- in-law, Sandra Weiland; brother-in-law, Brian Weiland; his German Sheppard "fur baby", Bella and many other loving family members and friends.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, Indiana 46368. A memorial visitation will be held Friday, July 28, 2023, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. also at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel.
