Olga Anna Kondratenko,
Age 51, of Crown Point passed away Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. She was born on July 29, 1963 to the late Olga Anna Kovalova in the Ukraine. She married the love of her life Dimitri Kondratenko on June 13, 1984 in the Ukraine.
She is survived by her husband, Dimitri Kondratenko of Crown Point; daughter, Nichole Olga Kondratenko of Crown Point.
She was preceded in death by her son, Anton Dimitri Kondratenko and her mother.
