PATRICIA EDMAISTON, age 71, of Portage, passed away Friday, November 20, 2020 at Golden Living Center.  She was born on January 9, 1949 at in Chicago, IL.  Patty was a graduate of St. Jerome High School and went on to take computer science classes.  She will be remembered for her larger than life personality and her heart of gold.

Patty is survived by her son, Noah (fiancée, Mary Smith) Edmaiston; granddaughter, Madison; other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Helen Maris; and brother, Don Maris.

There will be a memorial visitation Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m.  Her cremains will be buried in St. Germain, WI with her parents at a future date. Please note that due to Lake County Covid 19 restrictions the visitation will be limited to 25 people at one time.  Masks will be required and hand sanitizer will be available.  We ask that everyone helps us in keeping everyone safe and practices social distancing.
