Patricia Ann Robertson (nee Ferguson), age 76 a longtime Valparaiso resident, passed away Friday, September 5, 2025.  She was born on December 16, 1948, to the late Sidney and Maxine Ferguson.  Patricia worked as a Cook for Union Township Schools and also owned and operated Pat's Paint and Wallpaper.  She was a member of the Lake Station American Legion Post 100 Ladies Auxiliary, the Hobart VFW Ladies Auxiliary,  the Lake Station Eagles, and the Portage Loyal Order of the Moose.  She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, golf, and going to the casino.  Patricia was a huge Browns and Buckeye fan.

She is survived by her 30 year companion, Dennis Nush of Valparaiso, IN; four children, Terisue (Andy) Pezan of Shumway, IL; Marykay (Wesley) Proffer of Fort Myers, FL; Dr. Tim Nush of Goshen, IN; Kevin Nush of Portage, IN; one sister, Cindy (the late Paul) Harbaugh of Barberton, OH; sister-in-law, Betty Ferguson of Sacramento, CA; seven grandchildren, Charles, Tara (Cory), Velvet (Josh) Tim (Morgan) Wesley Jr. (Kayla), Olivia, and Jacob, eight great-grandchildren, Grace, Oliver, Charlie, Myles, Frejya, Archie, Wesley III, and Revan, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Robertson, brothers, Edward, Thomas (Pam), and Sidney Jr. Ferguson.

Funeral services are Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 5 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage with Andy Pezan officiating.  Cremation will follow.  Visitation is just prior to the service from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, Portage.  (219) 762-3013
