Patricia R. Strong

PATRICIA R. STRONG, age 75, of Merrillville, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017. She was born on March 21, 1942 in Chicago, IL. Patricia previously attended Hessville Christian Church.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Robin (John Mancilla) Strong of Crown Point and April (Cesar) Sanchez of Hobart; 14 grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica and Jordan Strong, Kelly, Tanya and Joey Sanchez, Rebecca, Billy Jr., and Matthew Strong, Scotty, Jr., and Heather Strong, Kimberly, Mikey, and Jeffery Strong; great grandchildren, Damian, Mason, Addy, and Shane; sister, Helen (Clyde) Prince.
She was preceded in death by her 3 sons, William, Scott, and Dennis; brother, Art; and sister, Alice.

A visitation for Patricia will be Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Rees Funeral Home, Winfield Chapel, 10909 Randolph St., Winfield/Crown Point, 46307 from 1:00 until the time of service at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Bob Burton officiating.
