Patricia Wojciechowski

Patricia Wojciechowski, age 68, of Hobart, Indiana passed away Tuesday September 7, 2021, at Saint Mary Medical Center in Hobart.  Patricia was born February 28, 1953, in O'Neill Nebraska, to the late Marvin and Betty June (nee Passieux) Green.  She worked as a manager retiring from Direct Buy in Merrillville.  Patricia was dedicated to her family and caring for her beloved husband. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, gardening, cooking, and drawing. Patricia is survived by her husband of 52yrs. Walter Wojciechowski; children, Tammie (Joseph) Huber, Walter Edward ( Jennifer Cantu) Wojciechowski Jr. and Destiny (James Brian) Whitaker, Russell Snyder who she claimed as her own and her loyal rescue dog, Teller; brother, Ronald (Frannie) Green; six grandchildren, Brett Huber, Javier Buchanan, Patti (Zivko) Pretoski, Brittany and Jacob Wojciechowski, Shelby and Kaitlyn Whitaker; lifetime friend, Shirley Duncan and Susan Whitworth-Van Horn; her Direct Buy family and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers donations to Echo Dogs White Shepherd Rescue P.O. Box 95705 Hoffman Estates, IL 60195 in Patricia's memory would be appreciated. A funeral service will be held Saturday, September 11, 2021, at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana, 46342 and process to Ridgelawn Cemetery.
