Pauline Marie Ambrose, age 88, of Hobart passed away Tuesday October 24, 2018 at St Mary Medical Center in Hobart.  Pauline was born April 7, 1930 in Crucible, PA to the late Michael and Theresa (Blazek) Litwinovich.  Pauline was a homemaker, beloved mother, grandmother and wife.  She was a long time member of St Bridget Catholic Church in Hobart.

Pauline is survived by her three children, John T Ambrose, Jr. of Hobart, James Ambrose of Valparaiso and Janet Dow of Muskegon, MI; her five grandchildren, Michael Ambrose, Michelle Drzewiecki, Brian Dow, Lauren Anderson-Dow and Kevin Dow; two great grandchildren Laila Dow and Connor Anderson; and several additional relatives.

She was preceded in death by her, husband John T. Ambrose, Sr.; her parents; her brother and two sisters; Michael, Helen and Dorothy.

Pauline will be cremated and her ashes will be buried in Calumet Park Cemetery at a later date.
