Phyllis Mae Worak

Phyllis Mae ("Tutty") Kludt Worak, long time resident of Portage, Indiana went to eternal rest on Sunday, June 2, 2024. She was at home with her loving caregivers, daughter Debi, and son-in-law Mark Richardson. She was born August 17, 1935, to the late Reuben and Evelyn Kludt. Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband Roger Earl Worak Sr. Phyllis was widowed as a young mother. She was always a hard worker and provided a loving home for her five children. Roger Jr. (Roxanne), Rodney (Johnette), Robert (Anjie), Debra (Mark Richardson) and Brent. She has eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. She is preceded by death of her siblings JoAnn, Wallace, Bonnie, Terry, Larry & Roberta. A memorial service visitation will be held at Reese Olson Funeral Home in Portage 5341 Central Ave on June 19, 2024, from 10am-12pm. A memorial service will be conducted at 12 pm at the funeral home, to be followed by a burial of ashes at Calvary Cemetery.
