Raymond B. Benninger, Jr.,  age 85 of Crown Point passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020.  He was born on May 28, 1935 in Gary Indiana to the late Raymond Sr. and Rostella Benninger.  Raymond was the owner and operator of the Careful Carwashes.  He was a member of the Lakes of the Four Seasons United Methodist Church.  Raymond was known as a Jack of All Trades.  He enjoyed raising and showing Paso Fino horses.

He is survived by his wife, Linnea Benninger (nee Sabody) of Crown Point, IN; one son, Raymond B. (Leann) Benninger III of Hebron, IN; one daughter, Joanne (Scott) Seip of Thorntown, IN; three grandchildren, Lindsey (Joe) Hatala, Brandon Benninger, and Lorelei (Ben) Seip-Ward, two great-grandchildren, Rowan and Mattix Hatala, and his beloved Stratford Terrier, Baron Von Benninger.
