Reba A. Sharp

Age 67, of Portage passed away on November 17,2023. She was born in Conway, Arkansas to the late Thomas and Mary N. (nee Maynard) Sharp. She graduated Portage High School in 1973 and was a member of the JR ROTC program.  Reba enjoyed living in Jacksonville, Florida and traveling to the Gulf of Mexico, but most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. Reba worked for many years as a bartender and will be remembered as a fun and loving great friend to all who knew her.

Reba is survived by her only daughter, Jennifer Hacker; two grandsons, whom she loved dearly, Kaleb and Jacob Hacker; two uncles, Hugh and Coy Sharp; aunt, Kathy Sharp; dear friends, Connie Shaffer, Carol Richardson, Lynn Messinger, Kristi Tibbetts, and Debbie Vincent as well as many other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Sharp; mother, Mary N. (nee Maynard) Sharp; and brother, Danny T. Sharp.

A celebration of life will be held on December 30, 2023 from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Gelsosomo's Pizzeria 371 Indiana Boundary Road, Chesterton, IN  46304.
