Rhonda H. Forst, age 54, of Portage passed away Monday, May 6, 2019. She was born on December 26, 1964. Rhonda was a great person; she enjoyed music, her cats and her friends.

She is survived by significant other, Dennis Cummings and ex-husband, Ralph Forst.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A funeral service for Rhonda will take place Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, Indiana 46368. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Portage. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 1:00 p.m.  until the time of service at the funeral home.
