Richard C. "Poppy" Pagoria, Sr.

RICHARD C. PAGORIA, Sr., age 73, of Hobart, coming from the Chicago Pullman neighborhood, passed away Sunday, November 19, 2017 at St. Mary Medical Center.  He was born on November 2, 1944 to the late Nicholas and Bernice Pagoria.  Richard worked as a laborer and retired from Sherwin Williams.  He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

He is survived by his 2 daughters, Catherine (Rafael, Sr.) Gayton and Cindy (the late Delfino) Gayton; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; cat, Boots; grandcat, Simba; other loving family and friends.

Richard was also preceded in death by wife, Patricia "Pat" Pagoria;  sons, Richard, Jr. and Raymond Pagoria; infant daughter, Bernice Pagoria; brother, Joseph Pagoria; and cat, Dallas.
