Robbin K. Mullins

Robbin K. Thompson Mullins (nee Freville), age 64, of Hobart, passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 at St. Mary Medical Center in Hobart.  She was born in Gary, Indiana on November 6, 1954 to the late Paul and Ellen (nee Prince) Freville.  She graduated from Hobart High School.  In 1977, Robbin married Frank Thompson and they moved to Knox where he was a school teacher and coach.  She worked at Hooks for many years and other various retailers where she met many people.  Robbin enjoyed fishing, gardening and canning.  She will be missed my many.

Robbin is survived by her sons, Jon (Kris) Thompson, Brian (Tracy) Thompson, Mitch (Stella) Thompson; grandchildren, Emmalee, Jon, Maria, Morgan, Jamison; great grandchild, Conor; sister, Paula Luedtke; nieces, Megan Luedtke, Meredith Dunn; and many other nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Robbin will take place Friday, March 8, 2019 at 10:00 am with Rev. Charles Strietelmeier officiating at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd. Hobart, IN 46342.  She will be laid to rest at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville.
