Robert L. "Lefty" Frum, age 88 of Portage, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013. He was born in Westoner, West Virginia on June 1, 1924. Robert was the owner and operator of Lefty's Coho Landing in Portage. He proudly served his country in the United States Army where he served as a Military Policeman; he was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and European African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal. Robert also was a member United Pentecostal Church of Portage, M.L. McClelland No. 357 F & AM, Scottish Rite Valley of South Bend, Orak Shrine, and Ironworkers Local 395. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
He is survived by his 2 sons; Robert "Tug" Frum Jr. of Portage, Keith D. (Ella) Frum of Porter, 3 grandchildren, 4 great- grandchildren, 2 sisters; Frankie Wilkins and Shirley McNabb.
He is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Frum, his parents; Lynch and Amelia Frum, 2 brothers; Gene and James Frum and 2 sisters; Grace and Gladys.

Funeral service for Robert will be Thursday, May 23,2013 at 10 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage, with Brother Troy Quick officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary.
