Robert G. "Bob" Maupin, age 62, of Lake Station, IN passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022.

Bob was born on November 28, 1960 in Gary, IN to the late Ralph and Reathel (nee Allums) Maupin.  He worked as a truck driver.  Bob enjoyed fishing and travelling.  He was a diehard Alabama football fan – ROLL TIDE.  Most of all, Bob loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Bob is survived by his children: Jon Maupin, Allan Maupin, and Reann (Jacob Dover) Maupin; grandchildren: Elliot, Avery, Hannah, and Jonny; siblings: Mike Maupin and Linda Caudill; numerous nieces and nephews; and several dear friends.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents: Ralph and Reathel and sister: Kathy Welch.

Family and friends may gather at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave., Portage) on Friday, December 23, 2022 from 4:00-7:00 P.M.  Cremation will follow visitation.
