Robert E. Guenther

Robert E. Guenther, age 77 of Valparaiso, Indiana passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at his home.  He was born on July 15, 1943 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Elmer and Evelyn Guenther.

Bob worked as a funeral director for many years in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and most recently at Rees Funeral Homes in Northwest Indiana.  He loved deer and duck hunting and fishing in Northern Canada.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa "Terry" Guenther of Valparaiso, IN; one son, Scott  Guenther of Tampa, FL; daughter, Kelli (John) Connors of Brussels, Belgium five grandchildren, Emily (Maksym) Tsinkevich, Sydney (Peter) DeStefano, Sophie Connors, Isabella Connors, and Aedan Connors, and his devoted pets, Teddy and Puddy.

Cremation will take place with Rees Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Hobart.  Burial of cremains will be at Good Hope Cemetery, Greenfield, Wisconsin.
