ROBERT "RAY" MONTEZ, age 69, of South Haven, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 surrounded by his loving family at home. Ray was a South Haven resident for 45 years and was a beloved family man who will be dearly missed. He was formerly employed at Dietrich Industries.
Ray is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Collette Montez, 3 sons, Bob Montez of Valparaiso, Mark Montez of LaPorte and Brett Montez of San Diego, CA, 5 grandchildren: Zac Montez, Scott Walker, Dia Montez, Sydney Schoch and Brea Gilda, 2 sisters, Mona (Bob) Barandela of Merrillville, Rachel (Rudy) Garcia of Highland, sister-in-law, Lori (John) Maliziola of Portage, canine companion, Marley and numerous nieces & nephews. His parents, John & Pauline Montez preceded him in death.
