Robert "Bob" W. Kelly Jr., of Lake Station, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016. He was born on January 31, 1950 to the late Robert and Jean Kelly. Bob worked for Mid-Continent Coal and Coke Company. He was a union steward for the Teamsters, Local 142. In his free time, he loved reading, crossword puzzles, and fishing.
Bob is survived by his loving wife, Diane; son, Bobby; daughter, Jana; grandchildren, Myka, Teagan; sisters, April Kelly, Crystal Ireland, Kim (Richard) Brennan, Tina (Gary) Champlin; brother in law, Dennis (Betty) Hollihan and Jessica.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A funeral service for Bob will take place on Tuesday June 21, 2016 at 10:00 am at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave. Portage, IN. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage.
