Robin Dawn Keaton

ROBIN DAWN KEATON, age 59, of Portage, passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 at the Northwest Health, Valparaiso Campus.  She was born on January 15, 1962 to the late Robert and Patty Howisen. Robin had earned an associate degree and worked as a nurse.  She was a member of New Pointe Church and enjoyed cooking and playing BUNCO in her free time.

Robin will be missed dearly by her 2 brothers, Tony Howisen and Erik (Kristen) Howisen; nieces and nephews, Sabian Howisen and Zachary Howisen, Erika Swaite and Morgan Howisen, Michael Soto, Jr. and Logan Soto; 2 children, Donnie (Bobbi Jo) and Dustin Keaton; grandchildren, Dustin Keaton, Jr. and Cameron Keaton and ShiAnne Keaton, Josie Keaton; best friend, Deanna (Randy) Lynch, many great nieces and great nephews; her beloved dogs, Suzie Q and Melvin.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Keaton; 2 children, Cameron and Kayla.

A visitation for Robin will be Saturday, March 13,2021 from Noon until the time of service 4:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage, with Pastor Paul Hetzel officiating.  Services will conclude at the funeral home with cremation to follow.  Please visit www.reesfuneralhomes.com to share online condolences.
