Roy Lyle Jenkins

Roy Lyle Jenkins, Jr., age 79, of Lake Station passed away October 2, 2015 at his home. Roy was born September 27, 1936 in Eccles, West Virginia to the late Roy and Helen (Abbott) Jenkins, Sr. Roy was a Heavy Equipment Operator working out of Local Union #150 Operating Engineers. He was a former member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #100 in Lake Station.

Roy is survived by his wife of over 50 years Loretta (Castro) Jenkins; one daughter Rhonda (Daniel) Hedger of Portage; three sons Dennis Jenkins of Lake Station, Timothy (Theresa) Jenkins of Hobart and Adrian (Sarah) Jenkins of Martinton, IL; eight grandchildren Joshua, Lindsey, Dennis, Anthony, Ryan, Gabrielle, Kimmie and Tabitha; and a brother Ricky (Shirley) Jenkins of Ravenna, OH.

He was preceded in death by his parents and son Michael Jenkins.

The family has chosen to have no attended services and cremation.
