Ruby A. Prince, age 88, of Hobart and formerly of Hammond passed away Friday, August 05, 2016 at Sebos in Hobart. Ruby was born July 10, 1928 in Hammond, Indiana to the late Earl and Ada (nee Bond) Harvey. Ruby was a retired beautician and enjoyed reading and spending time with family.
She is survived by her loving children, Rand (Helene) Stafford of Tennessee and Ronald Stafford of Lake Station; six grandchildren, Amanda, Brian, Jason Sr. (Patti) Carla, Brandon and Brad; great grandson, Jason Jr. and sister, Margaret Cormican of Omaha, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents, and granddaughter, Ashlee.
Per Ruby wishes there will be no services held. Rees Funeral Home 600 W. Old Ridge Road, Hobart, Indiana 46342 will be handling arrangements.
