RUTH RADOVICH (nee Phelps), age 83, of Lake Station, passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Horton VNA Hospice in Valparaiso.
Ruth had been a Lake Station resident for 50 years and loved children. She devoted her life to raising her family.

She is survived by her son, Terry (Chiyako) Radovich of Orlando, FL daughter, Brenda Yvonne Lane of Valparaiso, 1 son-in-law, Donald Herring of Portage, IN; 7 grandchildren: Patricia Radovich, Staci Pearman, Robert (Nicole) Pearman, Susie (Mark) Letson, Danny (Andrea) Herring, Jason (Cindy) Herring, and Brian (Patty) Lane, 10 great grandchildren: Avery, Billy & Kyle Pearman; Ariel & Gabriel Pearman; Madison Ruzbasan, Emma and Ethan Herring, Tyler Herring; Broghan Lane, nephew, Al Yelich.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Daniel S. Radovich and 3 daughters: Lynda Diane Radovich, Vicky Pearman (nee Radovich) and Annette Herring (nee Radovich), and 1 brother, Paul Phelps.

Memorial visitation will be Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. A
