Sally Ann Rollins

Sally Ann Rollins (Phillips), 65, of Portage, Indiana, passed away with her daughter by her side on February 19, 2026. Born in Gary, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Emily (Stastny) Phillips. Sally was a graduate of Wheeler High School and a lifelong resident of Northwest Indiana. Sally spent most of her career serving pancakes. She lit up the restaurant with her radiant smile, quick wit, and stories of her children. Sally enjoyed country music, riding motorcycles, attending concerts, drinking a cold Miller Lite, and soaking up the sun.

Sally is survived by her daughter, Shelby Rollins; her sons Nicholas (Megan) Quick, Alexander(Allyssa) Quick, and Justin Siemion; four grandchildren, Logan Terkovitz, Macy Quick, Reese Quick, and Davin Siemion; and siblings Linda Whitaker, Timothy Phillips, and Cheryl Smith.

Sally was also preceded in death by her brothers Raymond Jr. and Richard Phillips.

A gathering to honor the life and legacy of Sally Rollins will be held on March 29, 2026, from 12 to 4 pm, at Countryside Hall. Located at 5250 US Highway 6, Portage, IN 46368.
