Samantha "Sammi" Sloma

Samantha "Sammi" Sloma, age 14 of Portage passed away Wednesday, November 22, 2023.  She was born on December 1, 2008 in Mishawaka, Indiana.  Sammi was on Champion Force Athletics Cheer Team, she attended Taekwondo classes at Rising Star Taekwondo, and she enjoyed bowling at Hobart Lanes.  Sammi loved her dog and cat and also had a love for sloths.

She is survived by her parents, Joseph and Jamie Sloma of Portage, IN; 5 siblings, Zachary, Abigail, Megan, Chloie and Kariann Sloma, grandparents, Linda Sloma, Denny and Dawn Stump, and great grandparents Don and Joyce Stump.

Funeral services are Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage with Rev. Vince Galey officiating.  Visitation is Thursday, November 30, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel.
