Samuel G. Anguiano

Samuel G. Anguiano, age 74 of Hobart passed away Friday, September 1, 2023, at home. He was born on June 27, 1949, in Autlan de Navarro, Jalisco, Mexico to the late Refugio and Magdalena Anguiano. He retired from General Motors where he worked as a welder. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, riding his bike, and watching Soccer. Above all, he loved his family and dedicated his life to them.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Maria C. Anguiano; daughter, Cynthia Anguiano; sons, Samuel Anguiano, Jr., Saul Anguiano, Alejandro (Adriana) Anguiano; grandchildren, Valerie, Rosa, Yvon, Sammy, Elise, Linda, Jovany (Selena), Aliana, and Alena Anguiano; many great grandchildren, two brothers and seven sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Refugio and Magdalena Anguiano; brother, Juan Jose; and sister, Camerina.

Visitation for Sam will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2023, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
