Obituary

Samuel H. Lawson,
a 16 year resident of Lake of Four Seasons, previously of Omaha passed away Saturday, December 3, 2011 at his home. He was born on September 3, 1939 to the late Wylie and Ethel Lawson in Omaha, Nebraska. He was a retired Truck Driver for Roadway Trucking Co. He was on the board of directors of Lake of the Four Seasons planning committee, co-founder and former past Vice President of OMGA, assistant Junior Director of KMTV Golf Tournament and a shop steward for the Teamsters. He will be remembered as a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Samuel is survived by his wife Karol Kay (nee Moore) Lawson, 3 sons; Scott, Shane Lawson and Chance (Rebecca Hoss) Lawson, 4 daughters; Terri Zweerink, Patti Jo Minshall, Nanci (Steve) Willamson and Traci (Kurt) Luke, 11 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and brother, Freeman.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers Floyd, Keefe, John and Wylie Jr. and sister, Sarah.
Samuel will always be remembered for living life to its fullest and will always be greatly loved and sadly missed.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service with be held Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 2:00 pm at 19th Hole Lake of the Four Seasons Golf Pro Shop –1054 Sunny Slope Dr. Crown Point 46307 Memorials in Samuel's' memory may be made to The American Cancer Society or to the Local Humane Society.
