Sandi Arnold

Sandra Jean Arnold (nee Wright), age 73, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the University of Chicago.  She was born in Gary, Indiana on March 7, 1945.  She was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary, Post 454, current member of the American Legion, Post 54, and a member of the Moose Lodge in Portage.

Sandi is survived by her husband, Bo Arnold; daughter, Cyndy (Dan) Merry-Silich; son, Dennis L. Merry; grandchildren, Jennifer Merry, Dennis "Bubby" Merry, Jr.; step children, James "Jim", Ricky, and Dave Arnold; and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wright; and mother, Lois Thornton (nee Kietzman).

A funeral service for Sandi will be held Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at 5:00 pm with Pastor Bob Burton officiating at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd.
