Sandra "Sandy" J. Bowman, Age 63, of Hobart passed away Friday August 7, 2020 at her home with her family by her side.  Sandy was born June 12, 1957 in Gary, Indiana to Michael and Joan (Collins) Gregor.  Prior to her illness, Sandy worked in food services for Wheeler Schools.  She enjoyed traveling, drawing, and spending time with her family.  She will be deeply missed.

Sandy is survived by her loving husband, James Bowman; three sons, Anthony (Nicole Birmingham) Bowman of Crown Point, Brian (Brittany) Bowman of Portage and Kevin (Samantha Stewart) Bowman of Chicago Heights, IL; two grandchildren, Ryleigh Bowman and Chase Bowman; her father, Michael Gregor of Hobart; three siblings, David (Nancy) Gregor, Laurie (Dan) Gregor and Sue (Jack) Foddrill all of Hobart; many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan (Collins) Gregor.

In accordance with Sandy's wishes, cremation will follow private services.
