Sandra Lee Leucuta, age 69, of Portage, passed away Friday, November 21, 2014. She was born on February 28, 1945 in Gary, Indiana to the late Michael and Sylvia Leucuta.
Sandra is survived by her loving sister, Marian (Glenn) Smith of Portage; nephew, Allen Smith; nieces, Laurisa Antle and Sylvia (Danny) Sibo; very special great nieces and great nephews, Ashley Antle, Austin Antle, Kaitlyn Antle, Catalyna Smith and Dustin Sibo.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Sylvia Leucuta; brother, Michael Leucuta Jr.; nephew in law, Kenneth "Bill" Antle.
Per Sandra's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements were entrusted to Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage. For more information, please call (219) 762-3013.
