Scott Alan Ols

Scott Alan Ols, age 48 a lifetime Hobart resident passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017.  He was born on January 20, 1969 in Gary, Indiana.  Scott was the owner and operator of A and B Transmission and was a Jack of All Trades.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Ols of Hobart, IN; two sons, Timothy (Kristen) Graver of Glen Mills, PA; Corbin Ols of Michigan City, IN; one daughter, Calynn Ols of Hobart, IN; his parents, Herbert and Peggy Ols of Michigan City, IN; one sister, Julia Lynn Ols of Michigan City, IN; one brother-in-law, Skip (Debbi) Post of CA; very dear friend, Bill (Mindy) Sanders of Crown Point.  Many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews, and Ashley, Peyton and Ryleigh Arnett,

He was preceded in death by brothers-in-law, David and Terrence Post, grandparents, Herb and Joyce Ols and Lester and Elsie Farrell.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the family would be appreciated.

Memorial visitation is Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel with Pastor Chad Cook officiating.
