Shannon L. Kruszynski, age 45, of Hobart, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 after a long illness. She was born on July 16, 1970 to John and Shirley Blennert.
Shannon is survived by her daughter: Kaitlyn Kruszynski of Hobart; sisters: Kelly Schmidt of Cedar Lake and Kim Howard of Lake Station.
She is preceded in death by her parents: John Blennert and Shirley Ward. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Shannon's name may be made to the family to defer funeral costs.
A memorial service for Shannon will take place Thursday, October 22, 2015 at 7:30 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. Memorial visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:30 pm until the time of service at the funeral home. For more information, please call (219) 942-2109.
