Obituary
Shirley M. Jancaric, age 88, of Hobart passed away Thursday January 21, 2016 at Northwoods Village in Mishawaka. She was born December 23, 1927 in Gary, Indiana to the late Harold and Anna Mae (Cunningham) Brown. Shirley is a retired bookkeeper from the School City of Hobart. Shirley married the love of her life, Joseph Jancaric, on October 7, 1950 in Gary, Indiana. Shirley was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt.
Shirley is survived by her husband Joseph; her two daughters JoEllyn (Robert) Ryan of LaPorte and Joni Martin of Indianapolis; her brother Robert (Vivian) Brown of Ft. Pierce, FL; her three grandchildren Matthew Jancaric, Amanda (Caleb) Armstrong and Cassie Brady; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her son Robert "Bob" Jancaric and one brother Harold Brown.
Shirley will be cremated with no attended services.
