STANLEY JOSEPH "JOE" KLOS, III, age 61, passed away April 14, 2011. Joe was born on November 3, 1949 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Martha and Stanley Joseph Klos, Jr. He was a longtime Northwest Indiana resident.

Joe is survived by his wife, Kathleen "Kate"; son, Jacob Klos; daughter, Jennifer (Garrett) Wallace; grandsons, Ryan and Tanin; mother, Martha (William) Nuce; brothers, Michael (Sarah Schofield) Klos and David Klos; sisters; Susan (Lyle Hannigan) Klos, Loretta (William Mellon) Doll, Mary (Lewis) Chinn and Denise McCoy; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other loving family.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Stanley Joseph Klos, Jr.

A memorial visitation for Joe will be Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 4 – 8 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., Hobart. A memorial service will be Thursday, April 21, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, (219) 942-2109 or online at www.reesfuneralhomes.com. Private family burial will occur at a later date.
