age 85, passed away Thursday September 9, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family. Stanley was a retired Crane Operator for Union Tank of East Chicago. He was a member of Nativity of Our Savior Church and the American Legion Post 260.He enjoyed coaching baseball through the years at Anderson Little League, Tolleston High School, Portage Little League and Portage High School. Stanley will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother.

Stanley is survived by his 2 sons; Ted Padlo, and Rusty (Linda) Padlo both of Portage, 4 daughters; Kym (Bill) Manoski of Portage, Connie (Bruce) Burch of Valparaiso, Cassie (Bob) Belshaw of Portage, Cammie Kottka of Portage, 26 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren, sister Dorothy (Don) Sawachka of Hobart and many other loving family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his wife Janice Padlo and parents; Josef and Veronica Padlo.
A funeral service for Stanley will be held Sunday, September 12, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. with Deacon Robert J. Bonta officiating at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 12,2010 2:00 p.m. till time of service. A brief visitation will be held from 10:30 till 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 13,2010 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, just prior to burial at Calvary Cemetery.
