Stephen A. Kaufman, age 30, of Portage, Indiana passed away Friday November 14, 2014. Stephen was born July 17, 1984 in Staten Island, NY to Stephen Kaufman and Noreen Muth. Stephen was a pilot car driver with Four Star Escort Service. On October 11, 2012 Stephen married the love of his life Alexandra Williams.
Stephen is survived by his loving wife Ally (Williams) Kaufman of Portage, his son Dexter of Portage, his mother Noreen and Kevin (Muth) Hughes of Portage, his foster parents Al and Rosalie Hrubic of Staten Island, NY, his brother Albert (Amber) Kaufmann of Arkansas, stepbrothers Kevin Hughes of Remington and Jeremy Hughes of Portage, his sister Barbara Hess of Tennessee, and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his father Stephen Kaufman.
Funeral Services will be 7 pm Wednesday November 19, 2014 at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue. Visitation is Wednesday from 3-7 pm at the funeral home.
