Steven J. Moser

Steven J. Moser "Steve", age 69, of Portage, IN, passed away on October 5, 2022.

Steven was born on June 30, 1953 in Allison, PA to the late Mike and Roxana Moser.  In his younger years, Steve was a CB radio enthusiast, earning the CB name of "Rabbit".  He also enjoyed racing motorcycles and cars at the US 30 Dragstrip.  Steve was a former member of the R Rides Car Club and Motorcycles of America Riders Club.  Steve passed his love of motorcycles and racing to his son, Matthew, forming a deep bond over their years together.  He loved to tinker and work on motorcycles.  Steve loved his children and family deeply and will be deeply missed by all who were lucky to know him.

Steven is survived by his children: Steven (Jennifer) Moser, Tifany (John) Diehl, and Matthew (Shyanne) Moser; grandchildren: Megan, Brandon, Amber, Samuel, Junior, and Jordan; sisters: Connie (Don) Ramsay and Tracy (James) Richmond; niece: Brandi Jones; sister-in-law: Patty Moser; brother-in-law: Don Terry; and dear loving friend: Cydney Austin.

Steven was preceded in death by his parents: Mike and Roxana; brothers: Robert Moser and Michael Moser; and sister: Donna Terry.

Family and friends may gather at Rees Funeral Homes, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage), on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.  A memorial service will take place immediately following visitation at 1:00 P.M.  At rest, Calvary Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are preferred to Steven's family.
