Susan Rose Welch

Susan Rose (nee Nawrocki) Welch, age 62 of Libertyville, IL passed away on May 15, 2017. Susan was born in Gary, IN to the late Joseph and Rose Nawrocki. Susan's brother, Thomas and nephew Tommy, preceded her in death. Susan attended Holy Rosary, Andrean and Merrillville High School, Class of 1972. Susan went on to graduate from Indiana University.

Susan is survived by husband, William, son, Aaron (Tamara), mother-in-law, Marcille Frevert, sisters-in-law, Deb (Bob) Dant, Susan (Dale) Plack, niece, Terressia Nawrocki, cousin and best friend, Lana Micknik, cousin, Corinne (David) Horan, and numerous other relatives and friends. Susan will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017 from 2:00-8:00pm at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Avenue, Portage, IN 46368. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, May 19, 2017 at Rees Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Portage IN.
