Tamara M. Briggs (nee Osten), age 41 of Slidell, Louisiana, and formerly of Portage, Indiana passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020. She was born on December 9, 1978  to Curtis and Tommy Osten. Tamara was a loving mother and dedicated her life to taking care of her family. She was an avid fan of horror films.

Tamara is survived by her beloved husband, Michael Briggs; son, Nycholas Shepard; daughter, Alicia Osten; granddaughter, Serenity Malone; mother, Tommy Osten; brother, Curtis Osten, Jr.; and several loving nieces, nephews and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her father, Curtis Osten, Sr.

A prayer service for Tamara will take place Monday, October 26, 2020 at 8:45 am  at Audubon Funeral Home, 61101 Highway 11, Slidell, Louisiana 70460 with a procession immediately following to Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Drive, Slidell, Louisiana, 70460.
