TAMMY LYNN UTLEY (nee Duvall), age 39, of Portage, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at Saint Mary Medical Center. She was born in Hobart, Indiana on February 26, 1975 to Steve and Susan Duvall. Tammy was a lifetime Portage resident and a graduate of Portage High School. She will be deeply missed.
Tammy is survived by 4 children, Kayla Turner, Austin, Alex and Isabella Utley all of Portage; her parents, Steve and Susan Duvall of Portage; boyfriend, Brian Graves of Portage; father of her children, Paul Utley; many aunts, uncles, cousins, other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Mike Duvall.
A funeral service for Tammy will be Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, 5341 Central Ave., Portage. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, October 10, 2014 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel, (219) 762-3013 or go online at www.reesfuneralhomes.com.
