Terrence "Terry" Joseph Zmucki

Hobart, Indiana

Terrence "Terry" Joseph Zmucki, age 39, a resident of Hobart and formerly of Dyer passed away on Friday, November 12, 2010. He was born on October 1, 1971 in Blue Island, Illinois the son of Thomas and Ilene Zmucki. Terry was married to Mary O'Connell on August 8, 2003 in Hobart. He worked as a supervisor at Harrah's Casino. Terry was a member of St. Bridget's Catholic Church, a member of New Beginnings Group, a huge sports fan especially the Bears and the White Sox. He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, and a dear friend to all.

Terry is survived by his loving family; wife Mary Zmucki, Hobart, son Zachary Zmucki, Hobart, parents Tom and Ilene Zmucki, Dyer, brothers T.J. Zmucki, San Jose, CA, and Tim (Andrea) Zmucki, Lockport, IL, and other family members and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his niece Lauren Zmucki.

A visitation for Terry Zmucki will be held from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, November 15, 2010 at Rees Funeral Home – Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart. Morning prayers will be said at 9:30 am on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at Rees Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Saint Bridget's Catholic Church, 568 East 2nd Street, Hobart, with Father Dominic Bertino, officiating. Cremation will follow. Memorials in Terry's memory may be made to his son Zachary Zmucki for his future.
