Terri Lynn Murchek

Terri Lynn (nee Jeleniewski) Murchek, age 62, of Hobart, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017. She was born on July 7, 1954 in Evergreen Park, IL to Anthony and Sandra Jeleniewski. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, cooking and baking, keeping the house spotless, and working in the yard. Above all, she loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them. She will always be remembered for the loving care she provided for her family.

Terri is survived by her mother, Sandra (nee Forsell) Jeleniewski; sons, Nicholas (Kristy) Murchek, Jacob Murchek; daughter, Alyssa (Jose) Guevara; grandchildren, Ethan and Landon Murchek, Benny Guevara; brothers, Anthony Jeleniewski, Mark Jeleniewski, Andrew (Gina) Jeleniewski; sisters, Jodi Santacaterina, and Sandra "Janni" Santacaterina; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Anthony Jeleniewski; and her husband, Thomas James Murchek.

Memorial visitation for Terri will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 West Old Ridge Road, Hobart.
