THOMAS T. CURRY, age 75, of Hobart, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at St. Mary Medical Center.  He was born on July 1, 1942 in Manchester, KY to the late Dill and Cleo Curry as the second of their thirteen children.  Tom worked as a power station operator at Bethlehem Steel and was an steelworker for Local #6787.  He was a faithful member of Lakeview Baptist Church and an avid fan of the Kentucky Wildcats and Chicago Cubs.  He will be deeply missed.

He is survived by his daughter, Teena (Scott) Taylor; 2 grandchildren, Justin (Nicole Mundo) Taylor and Jordan (Carolynn  Riley) Taylor; 2 great grandsons, Mason and Kingston; great nephew, Rance Smallwood, who was very close and very helpful to Tom; several sisters and brothers and many nieces and nephews and extended family.

Tom was also preceded in death by the love of his life, Ima Jean.

There will be a visitation on Monday, April 9, 2018 at Rees Funeral Home, Hobart Chapel, 600 W. Old Ridge Rd., from 3:00 until time of service at 6:00 p.m. with Rev.
