Thomas E. Rogers Sr.

Age 88, of Hobart, Indiana passed away Sunday, March 4, 2018 at Saint Mary's Medical Center.  Thomas was born August 8, 1929 in Gary, Indiana to the late Earl and Esther Rogers. On April 23, 1974 Thomas married the love of his life Ruth E. Churchill. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He worked for 35 yrs. at US Steel as an Engineer and then retired from Capital Engineering where he worked as a designer. Thomas was a past member of Palos Sportsman's Club in Palos Heights where he loved to spend his time at the shooting range. He will be remembered as a loving husband and friend.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife, Ruth E. Rogers of Hobart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Esther Rogers.
