Thomas W. Schiller

Thomas Wayne Schiller "Hose", age 76, of Portage, passed away at home Thursday, November 7, 2019. He was born on May 19, 1943 in Gary, Indiana to the late Wayne and Audrey Schiller. Tom proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force. Thomas was a self-employed carpenter.

He is survived by his son, Michael (Amanda) Schiller; daughter, Tammy (Karry) Hawkins; grandchildren, Jason (Kayleen) Arellano, Jessica (Brian) Warner, Jenna (Jason) Mullendore, Jerred Hawkins and Gavin Schiller; great grandchildren, Traven, Jayden, Maddyson, Connor, Ian, Gemma, Rylee and Landon; brother, Jim Schiller; sisters, Patty and Sue; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his great granddaughter, Taylor Kate English.

Memorial visitation for Tom will take place Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the American Legion Post #260, 5675 Mulberry Ave., Portage.
