Thomas is survived by 4 children, Sabrina Woodward, John Woodward, Thomas Woodward, IV, Trista Henderson; granddaughter, Scarlett; 3 brothers, George Randall Woodward, Jr., John Andrew Woodward, and Robert Blake (Lisa) Woodward; father, George Randall Woodward, Sr.
