Tony Ray Lake

Tony Ray Lake, age 71, of Portage passed away Thursday September 11, 2025, in his home with his family at his side. Tony was born October 15, 1953, in Blue Island, Illinois to the late Theodore and "Ditts" Vivian (Wise) Lake. He was a machine operator for Carl Biddig & Company. He was a US Army Veteran and was very proud of his service. He enjoyed putting together models of military equipment.

He is survived by his two children, Stephanie (Joe Brozska) Lake and Christopher Lake both of Portage.

He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Beverly (Burney) Lake; and a brother, Teddy Lake.

Visitation for Tony Lake will be held on Monday September 29, 2025, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel 5341 Central Avenue Portage, Indiana 46368. His Funeral Service will follow immediately at 2:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Tony wished to be cremated.
